We are still in need for someone to take up the important job for the "Events Co-Ordinator," if you are interested contact one of the committee members, They will be able help you with what is involved and get you started
Please put your name on the list if going on an event. if your name is NOT ON THE LIST, YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED OF ANY CHANGES IF THEY OCCUR. Also let us know, if you are not coming and your name is on the list, so we don't have to wait around or phone you.
When we go to events that need to be catered for, or a minimum number is needed for discount entry fee,a deposit is required or payment in full. it will NOT be refunded if you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event or not turn up on the day. If the venue cancels, the deposit will be refunded.

Meet at 8am Panthers. Leave at 9.00am Cruise to Richmond Club. $10:00 entry if you wish to display your car.
