Please put your name on the list if going on an event. if your name is NOT ON THE LIST, YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED OF ANY CHANGES IF THEY OCCUR. Also let us know, if you are not coming and your name is on the list, so we don't have to wait around or phone you.
When we go to events that need to be catered for, or a minimum number is needed for discount entry fee,a deposit is required or payment in full. it will NOT be refunded if you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event or not turn up on the day. If the venue cancels, the deposit will be refunded.

Bobbin Head. Meet Thornleigh Macc's 10am to leave 10.30am, travel via Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park to Apple Tree Bay, Cowan Creek arriving bobbin Head with lunch at Waterside Bistro.
Sunday 25th October 2026 run number 669 Mater Dei Country Fair.
Mater Dei Meet Curry Reserve at 8.30am to leave 9.00am
Thursday 12th November 2026 run Number 670 Doll's Donuts,
Doll's Donuts, Glenbrook & Bowling Club for lunch. meet M4 service centre Eastern creek west bound 10.00am, leave 10.30am. Make our way to Glenbrook and visit Doll's Donuts with its Panoramic Wall Painting of the Blue Mountains, then lunch at the Glenbrook Bowling Club.
Sunday 22nd November 2026 run number TBA The Australian Pioneer Village.
Australian Pioneer Village. 24 Rose Street Wilberforce. $5.00 entry fee, meet 10.00am at the village. BYO picnic lunch/. Area in the BBQ area reserved for us. The Village is also celebrating their 56th Birthday.
Sunday 6th November 2026 run number TBA Christmas Party CHRSL
Christmas Party , CHRSL & SC $30 per person , children 12 yrs or under $20 each to be paid by 2nd November Meeting. Meet 11.30am, 3 course meal and entertainment. Lunch served at 12.00pm. Menu: Entree, 2 x Platters per table: cold prawns, & sliced double smoked ham with cheese, crackers and dip. Main served alternately: Roast pork with roast vegetables, green & gravy, & chicken supreme with with mash, vegetables & chicken gravy. Desserts: Mint christmas pudding with custard brandy & mint pavlova with mixed berries and cream.
