Also let us know, if you are not coming and your name is on the list, so we don't have to wait around or phone you. When we go to events that need to be catered for, or a minimum number is needed for discount entry fee,a deposit is required or payment in full. it will NOT be refunded if you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event or not turn up on the day. If the venue cancels, the deposit will be refunded.
